TSR Property Acquisition:

Trade Street Residential believes that multifamily real estate investing presents an array of investment opportunities.

While capital markets and economic environments change, TSR looks to uncover value in all situations. TSR presently manages over $300,000,000 in assets and is expected to complete acquisitions of approximately $200 million in the coming year.

Investment Strategy

Value-add, core plus, and opportunistic. Core plus investments are preferred.

Product Type

Class A garden style or mid-rise multifamily communities in protected locations of 100+ units.

Target Markets

The Southeast (including Texas) with a strong preference for Secondary and Tertiary markets. TSR intends to choose real estate opportunities that are closely aligned with demographic demands, necessities and limitations on supply.

  • Local and quick decision making; investment committee controlled by TSR principals
  • Ability to overcome complex issues, such as environmental concerns, high vacancy, redevelopment issues, tenant issues, and deferred maintenance
  • Reliable offering prices as a result of thorough due diligence by TSR experienced internal development, asset management and leasing teams
  • Willingness and ability to assume existing debt
